1. Who we are
This website is operated by RoboxRise AI Lab Solutions (a unit of Raghavendar Tech Excellence Pvt. Ltd.) ("RoboxRise", "we"). We are responsible for the personal data you submit through it.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us: when you request a proposal, book a meeting or download a datasheet we collect your name, institution or company, designation, city and state, mobile / WhatsApp number, email address, your area of interest, approximate requirement, timeline and any message you write.
Information collected automatically: if analytics is enabled, Google Analytics collects standard usage data such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and the buttons you click (for example 'Request Quote' or 'WhatsApp'). We do not use this to identify you personally.
3. How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals and quotations, arrange meetings and demonstrations, send requested datasheets, provide after-sales support, and understand which parts of the website are useful so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Where it is stored and who sees it
Enquiries are stored in a Google Sheet and delivered to our sales email (Google Workspace / Gmail), accessible only to RoboxRise staff who handle enquiries. We may share details with service providers who help us operate the website, and with authorities where required by law.
5. Retention
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond, follow up and support any resulting supply, and for any period required by law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
6. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance. Write to gunalan@r-tech.in; we will respond within a reasonable time.
7. Cookies
The website itself does not use cookies for advertising. If Google Analytics is enabled it sets analytics cookies. YouTube videos load only when you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
8. Children
This website is intended for institutions, educators and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Student data in institutional programmes is managed by the institution.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The 'Last updated' date shows when it last changed.
