AI Automatic Sorting Cell
Two-robot vision sorting workstation — food, pharma and industrial parts
What is it?
The AI Automatic Sorting Cell replicates one of the most common uses of AI in manufacturing: parts arrive on a conveyor, are identified by machine vision and sorted by robots into colour-coded bins — as in food, pharmaceutical and industrial-part sorting.
Two Mirobot arms, an AI Vision Set, a conveyor, an Arduino control box and a touch-screen HMI sit on a medium smart base with emergency stop. Students explore single-arm and collaborative sorting, process analysis and optimisation.

Questions
Is institutional pricing available?
Yes. We provide a formal quotation based on configuration and quantity, including warranty, installation and training terms.
Can this integrate with our curriculum or existing lab hardware?
Most systems support open APIs and standard robotics stacks such as ROS / ROS2 and MATLAB. Share your requirements and our engineers will advise on integration.
Can we see a demonstration?
Yes — book a meeting for a live demonstration online, at your institution or at our Indore facility.
