A

What is it?

The Mirobot Professional Kit is a fully equipped 6-axis platform for simulation-based teaching and applied robotics training. It supports ROS and MATLAB for research workflows while staying approachable for undergraduate and polytechnic coursework.

Compared with the Education Kit it adds a dedicated robot controller, so programs can run stand-alone and the arm can be integrated with conveyors, sensors and production cells. With the full pneumatic tool set and the official programming textbook, it covers kinematics, trajectory planning and end-effector programming end to end.

Questions

Education, Professional or Advanced?

All three use the same Mirobot arm. Professional adds a dedicated robot controller for stand-alone programs and cell integration; Advanced adds an AI voice-control box and an electromagnetic gripper on top of that.

Is this the kit used inside the training cells?

Yes — the Fruit Picking, Logistic Warehouse, Sorting and Assembly cells are built around the Mirobot Professional Kit.

Can we add vision, a conveyor or a rail later?

Yes. The AI Vision Set, Conveyor Belt Set and Sliding Rail Set connect directly to Mirobot.
